Ahhh I see CIMA, Justmed sounds a bit more similar to medsite in that they are also selling medical equipment and products to hospitals and the like. Gosh there is already so much consolidating going on in the sector, it's hard to keep track of what is really going on. ANyways, I am glad Medsite has filed it's S1. Based on previous S1 filings they should be on the Nasdaq by Mid-April (IMO). I should say btw, medsite has been doing its own buying. Go to medsite.com to the bottom of the page to see their acquisitions. They have not just been sitting pretty.
