Do we have anything to do with this company??? I know we had a JV with buffalo something::: Buffalo Diamonds (BUFD:CDN) recently completed a helicopter-borne magnetic survey on its Calling Lake diamond prospects in Alberta. The company says that about 1,300 line kilometres were flown at a 12.0 m spacing covering 36 potential kimberlite targets. Based on a preliminary interpretation of the magnetic data collected, Buffalo says it selected eight high-priority kimberlite drill targets, seven of which are in Calling Lake with the remaining one being on land. Indicator minerals previously recovered from the shoreline of the lake include 62 of the total 66 G-10 garnets found on the property so far. (Feb 18/00)
