Come on Quickdraw, will a senior company buyout PFG without having the metallurgy? I don't think so. Paying 150 million to the shareholders and then later paying the other 25 million to the owners without knowing exactly what's there and not knowing the cap ex, come on Quickdraw, think a little a bit.
