I like telecomm and internet plays in South America. Personally, I'm starting with the lower-risk (albeit less exciting and volatile) plays like NTL (holding co. for TEO) and TAR. I briefly discussed IMPT on the TCV site. i intend to visit the company next time I'm in Buenos Aires.
