" tHE CURRENT INFLATION IS STILL LOW , DOW CAN GO TO 15000 BY THE END OF THIS YEAR ?" OR , " I WILL NOT RAISE THE RATE ANYMORE FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR, YOU BULLS CAN GO AHEAD TO PUSH THE DOW TO 20000" OR WHAT ? AS I SAID TALKING IS ONE THING , DOING IS ANOTHER.
