I'm going to give them a call. This was inevitable and I'm surprised it took them this long to file. Of course, the law firm could have been nudged by anyone wanting the stock to go down but they have a great case.

I've been in this position before and it's not as bad as one would think.

I owned CYMI a tech company making lasers for smaller chip design. They had a lawsuit filed as well. The stock is CONSIDERABLY higher today than when all that occured.

I believe the suit was filed when the stock price was around $15 or so. The chip sector was getting slammed as well.

I'm not selling THQI based on this news. It will take a few years for this to pan out. If I can be part of the suit and not sell I will. I'm not selling just to join it. At least I can get my name on their list for more information etc..

I recommend that anyone who got burned by the B.S. report, call the law firm for more information.

No reason to panic, this happens quite often.
