Why am I not surprised? But I agree all is not lost but Tuesday may be rather unpleasant.

If THQI includes others in their countersuit that might be interesting also.

One major downside is probably THQI will not be acquired until this suit is settled.

Hope THQI has good insurance.

Probably not a good thing to be on Farrell's resume.....but he deserves it unfortunately.
