lol. It seems that Pugs and Riley are still laboring under the idiotic delusion that they and Jason Anders are agents of the Federal court. So what I'm imagining is a scene like this on 15 March:

THE COURT: Mr. Qualey, did you or your agents serve the Defendants with a summons, a copy of the complaint complete with exhibits, and a copy of the order executed for this hearing?

MR QUALEY: We did indeed, Your Honor.

THE COURT: How was this service effected? Counsel for the Defendants state that no such service was made.

MR QUALEY: It was effected on the Internet.

THE COURT: How so? You claim you executed proper service in this way?

MR QUALEY: Correct. It was on the computer. Pugs told me it was on the computer.

Time to wake up, Dave. Way past time.
