O.T. Needed: OTC broker recommendation.

Mark (and others),

Are you still using Brown & Company? Do you recommend them? If so, why? (in 30 words or less)

I have had DATEK and ETRADE for ~3 years. Hate ETRADE, love DATEK, but DATEK does not handle OTC stocks.

For example, I bought MDIX pre-OTC on DATEK. Now, I can't sell it on-line. I can only call in and sell at market. That stinks for a "position trader" who knows the price but has no idea of the time and can't watch it. And if it pops up, I can sell, but then can't buy back. I waited, hoping that MDIX would lose its OTC status, but I have decided that it is best to have the flexibility, just in case.)

I DON'T want to use ETRADE, so would you recommend Brown & Company?

Do you know anything about Web Street Securities?

Any others I should consider?

Comments from others (Frank, Jack, Mike, Pat, Rashid, Sammy, and YxY) also appreciated.

TIA for any input -- HB
