jk, thanks for the help re stochs above 80. I wonder if you could give me your comments about a pattern i've noticed. Using moving averages 1,2 and 3 on default and the 15 min. chart, look at: BRCD @ 1:00 on 2-15 JNPR @ 12:30 on 2-16 CMRC @ 3:00 on 2-14 It is the point where all 3 moving averages along with the price line converge--then spread out individually, beginning a sustained run to the upside lasting 2-3 days. As if it were the birth of a trend. I've also noticed the same on weekly and monthly based charts whose price trends continue on for months. Any thoughts on this? As for options, perhaps later, right now i'm just trying to formulate a simple trading strategy relative to my schedule as i have a full-time job and wife and kid. Wish i had the capital to trade full-time like yourself. Do you trade options exclusively? tom
