I do not have a position in athm because I'm not sure what will happen when T allows multiple high bandwidth ISP's.

If you wait till you are sure it will be too late. That is the nature of the market. I'd say the worst case is pretty much already priced in.

Of course its not so dumb to at least wait until the stock starts going up....
