Charles .. I would say that virtually every Oil & Gas stock out there - no matter what exchange it is listed on - is extremely undervalued. Investors are too caught up in the hi-tech mania to notice O & G stocks right now - even with oil at an all time high and these companies making tremendous amounts of money. Eventually however, the market will have to recognize these undervalued plays and maybe then, SIY will have its day. BTW, that Mickey Mouse exchange (CDNX) is not run by market makers and has probably been the most profitable exchange since its inception - up about 70% since Dec.1
