But what if he wants Iridium mainly for the bandwidth. Could he just sit on the licenses without spending much on keeping Iridium working, then use the bandwidth to help ICO in some way? I'm always worried when a shark like McCaw is around. As I read recently, the early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse often gets the cheese.
