I was told that most cells from the month-old production runs tested ok. If so, Valence may have sent some to OEM's for testing.

I believe that production has been re-started to represent the recent solution of the stacking, laminate and moisture problems. This would generate another batch for testing that could take up to 30 days before release to the OEM's.

If OEM's are testing the month-old product, we may see a contract very soon. If not, we may be more than 30 days away, but that may be tempered by OEM's acting pre-emptively to secure a contract before their competitors.
