If we are going to the nasdaq we will have to be in the $6 to $7 range for at least a month. I think the PP of funds will come before that and we could see that within the next 3 to 6 months. Remember too that Argentum has some 300,000 options in JDX, if memory serves me right, which will serve as funding along the way should they be exercised. It is possible that we will actually see Argentum putting money into JDX shares too via PP which will add to their protfolio. That would be a great endorsement! They will all be working together to enhance the value of each other. A synergetic relationship such as this will be powerful, effective and profitable I believe. I guess that is what management believes too. The struck the deal didn't they? Ray
