i am sure all these 'facts' are correct; i've seen them printed before. i can only ask, 'where in heaven's name is all the money coming from?' i'm certainly not the only one here making a lot of money in this market. so where is the money coming from that bids up the shares of stocks i own to such levels? or is this just such a small portion of the overall market that i am blinded by my own good fortune to its insignificance? it certainly isn't coming from wage increases. and there would seem to be enough of it flowing in to have worried greenspan into an almost vitriolic humor. i recall reading that flows into, i beleive it was mutual funds, last october exceeded the flows from the entire previous year. i may be off some there - one of you can straighten that out. but the question remains: if this is a bear market and folks are losing billions - where is all the money coming from? someone enlighten me.
