I can't go with you on this logical jump, Steven. Some of them are the same people and I find their inability to comprehend equally ludicrous. However, I have encountered many who do not fit this profile. They are simply so accustomed to viewing all of the world from within the confines of the continental United States. They have plenty of education, many of them, and it is not a problem of book learning. It is a difficulty of perception, of being able to look at the world through vastly different eyes.

This is an issue that has come up on this thread often in different guises and that will continue to arise as people enter the thread. I'm glad you are here to provide your perspective.
