Dealfinder is awesome! :*) Yes, I called them...and after speaking with them for a while, they sent me a letter which I sent to the credit-card company and I was credited for the amount the person charged. For most of my flight arrangements, I go to either Expedia.com or Travelocit.com. No problems with either. -Joe
