First of all, Montgomery Security projected 78 million for the first quarter and 121 million for the second quarter (revised). I doubt that JTS told you an actual number. They were more likely to give you a range. They actually told me that the revenue could be as high as $78 million. If they hit $75 million, wouldn't that be in the range they originally told you? I'm not protecting management buy look at the growth using the worse case senerio of $70 million. 40% growth for 4th quarter '97 and 32% for the 1st quarter '98. If sales hit $75 million, then we would have a 42% growth from the prior quarter.

This is not going to be an over night story. We need to give it at the very least one more quarter. If they even come 10% of 121 million projected for next quarter then they will grow at least another 40%. If they break-even or come close and have sales within 121 million, this stock will begin to trade based on its future potential and not current earnings.

There is no excuse for management to raise our expectations of this company. However, I believe they have learned from getting their foot in their mouth one to many times. By the way, Tom Mitchell has not sold his registered shares of JTS stock.

Good Luck All.

Ozzy
