James, well written and well thought out! My hope is that that exact point comes across in the 20/20 story that will air on March 1st.

My heart also goes out to the Jovin family. All they want is closure. At some point in time it's going to hit them that the reason no arrest has been made is because the police spent more than a year trying to make the crime fit the suspect-- a suspect they named four days after the murder with nary an investigation. No family should have to suffer like that... again.
