From Brokentrade over at RB: Ericsson Markman Brief: it has been docketed and can be copied. It is docket no 398 (in case no 1993cv01809), and you can get copies from Wise Business Services (214-999-9443). Appendix A (Ex. 3) is the Statement of Dr. Donald C. Cox, which is frequently cited, and I believe (but don't know for sure) that the Appendix is docket no. 399. You can get copies of any other court filings by referring to the docket number (virtually the complete set posted earlier today). ragingbull.com Take your time.
