Foley's prospectus? Oh yeah, here it is: Message 11848367 The biography of Dorian Reed in that prospectus was the funniest part, IMHO. It took the principle of "lack of disclosure" to a whole new level. I'm still looking forward to a prospectus for Wilcher to sell her shares. Of course, they might first have to file a proxy to issue the shares to her. And come to think of it, a proxy for the reverse merger, for that matter. Oh well, soon they will have $3.5 M so that they can afford to file all the stuff with the SEC that they should have filed long ago, right? Plus, it will fund them to start some more jaw-dropping joint ventures that last about 7 days ;-)
