let's get started shall we. we haven't been told yet, and i'm sure we won't get details until the s/h meeting in april, that the "retention" tobin referred to on robtv is highly focussed on options. i can only hope they are large and time-scaled and so attractive that we get some more heavy hitters on the itemus team. and what about that?

it was intimated that there would be a Dennis Wing announcement in two weeks time (BTW, given the out-of-the-blocks attitude that itemus seems to have lately i wouldn't be surprised at NR's champing at the bit). i still believe Wing can only bring good news to the table. i am a bit surprised though at the lack of publicity surrounding his directorship. after all, look at WAVC (OTC) and CRY (Toronto). he is WELL--------------connected.

some are probably thinking that tobin is by far the most prestigious newcomer, i agree. but Schulz, the co-founder of ID Internet/Look Communications (LKC, formerly IDX - CDNX), is another beast. personally i think he's the second best addition so far, despite Iantorno's flashy CMGI badge of honour.

hmmmm...ID Internet. there's an investment newsletter in the US, The Dines Letter, written by a hot stock-picker by the name of James Dines. he commented on IDX some time ago. going out on a limb now. Dines has a sizeable following and is known to move markets with his picks. if Dines liked Schulz and makes that thought public, we'll move way to fast for my liking. after all, i'm still buying.
