More on propaganda....and what a huge damage in theory and practice Rhode Scholar Clinton has done to US prestige and moral standing ...Largely irreparable...We would have to start something like Magadishu against KLA or get-out...Milosevich in Belgrade, is the only remaining "justification"..Ironically, Clinton needs Milosevich, untill he runs the clock out in the White House...What a mess!

The army's second-in-command promised to look into persistent allegations
that Chechen civilians have been subjected to atrocities during Moscow's
almost five-month operation against separatists in the breakaway republic.

But Moscow has reacted angrily to the US accusations, saying its offensive in
Chechnya could not be compared to the US-led NATO bombing campaign
in Kosovo last year, which Moscow bitterly opposed.

The United States, the foreign ministry spokesman concluded, was in no
position to criticize Russian actions in Chechnya having itself, "dropped
thousands of tons of bombs on the people of Yugoslavia, continued to
bombard women, children and the elderly in Iraq and ? ignored the suffering
of the 200,000 Serbian refugees who have fled Kosovo."
