Does anyone know how many shares ULBI holds in IMG? The stock of IMG has moved up nicely. If ULBI needs cash in the future, the sale of IMG stock by ULBI will provide a large amount of cash for the company. With the IMG shares, there should be no necessity for ULBI to dilute their stock. ULBI is well positioned and will not have a cash problem.
