Joe, Is the 64 bit processor going to derive any benefit from the fact it is 64 bit, or is the main benefit purely ability to address more memory. Programs that are bandwidth limited will benefit from a true 64 bit datapath through a processor. Not many processors have a true 64 bit datapath, and not many programs are bandwidth limited however.
