Will do and yes, I have them. And you never saw the E-mail's I sent on your behalf concerning Kosovo. But I know what I did, which is good enough for me.

PS There was no US Embassy in Kosovo then, nor is there now. The embassy you dealt with was in Skopje, FYROM. Believe what you like about who did what with, for or to someone else. I am glad you got some people out and helped them.
