Should have checked that document... I was going off the CDNX documents. Could have swore that my notes show 2 million Warrants expiring April 1. However that one shows we have:

4,350,000 Warrants expiring April 1/00 at $1.78.

However in the circular they said Warrants of RIS were repriced at 80% of their value when they restructured.

So now we have 4,350,000 Warrants expiring April 1/00 at $1.42

And the story gets a little more interesting.
