Satyam Infoway ADS allotment CHENNAI, Feb. 19 THE underwriters of Satyam Infoway's follow-on offering of American Depository Shares (ADS) have elected to exercise in full their over-allotment option to acquire an additional 243,700 ADS, according to a statement from Satyam Infoway. The total offering, including the firm and over-allotment shares, is 1,868,700 ADSs at a price of $80 per ADS. The offering, which is expected to close on February 23, will result in net proceeds of about $141.7 millions to Satyam Infoway, after deducting commissions and other expenses. -Business Line
