Peter, there is a lot of speculation going on in small caps and otcBB stocks at this time. i take that as a big warning signal...not that we needed another one. perhaps this preponderance of warning signals will allow us to rally, but imo the mania hangs on a thread all the time. one day the bottom will just fall out... btw, i wouldn't call the Nikkei untradable over the past ten years...it made pretty big swings actually. they only look small on a longer term chart that depicts the giant mania hump on the left hand side.
