Michael M, indeed " A very interesting and exciting week ahead, Zbyslaw. '.

It is important I think for NN longs and NN traders
to develop and hold the proper mental outlook.

It will be a trying week.

This is the last 150ÿ yard sprintÿ in the mile race.

Even though in pain from years of holding NN stock thatÿ
has repeatedly let people down, I think that it is
imperative to recognize thatÿ

ALL THE SIGNS FOR A SALE ARE THERE

and NOT be led astray by contrarian opinions that will causeÿ
us to sell the stock for peanuts ( even though it is handsomely up 40% from 22.5 ). ).

The swingers would LOVE to take it from our hands for pennies .
They have spent no time agonizing over thisÿ
stock and now want to join the party for free.

DON'T give it to them.

This is a complicated situation with all this technology.

It has taken 4 years plus to get here.

It may take a few more days, hopefully less than 1-2 weeksÿ
to get to the bottom.

We need patience.

CSCO and NT did not make a move unto NN because ofÿ

a)previous " bad blood "
b)Perhaps arrogance that " each can do it on their ownÿ without Terry ".
c)admission of a gapÿ in their current technology deployment
ÿ i.e. admission of a weak point.
d) a hope that the whole thing would die down, NN wouldÿÿÿÿ
ÿslowly die away and they can get on with business as usual.

But now ALA is forcing the issue.

Until now we did not have a real opening of the telecom world.

This is about to occur and in the new required technolgy we will need NN's ATMs.
Not just routers connecting PCs or small ATMs.

If there is any pittance of engineering know in NT and CSCO they will knowÿ
that ALA is a real threat. Here is a company that went from oil, trains and
batteries, in a couple of years, into barking at their heels in the 4 th position
and now vying forÿ no 1 position.

NT and CSCO can acquire NN for a pittance considering their highly prized stock.
No effort at all.

Or, they can sit and wait and see ALA plus NN start eating their breakfast lunch and dinner,

back later

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ A very interesting and exciting week ahead, Zbyslaw.
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Sources, both named and unnamed, will treat us to much spin,ÿÿ
ÿÿÿÿÿ speculation and at least a few outright lies
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ before the dust settles.

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Come what may, I'm glad to be holding.
