Jules, I have to totally disagree with your assessment. Jack was in charge a long time and during that time he had many opportunites for options and to purchase stock. He went out with stock and has sold a great deal at lower prices. A matter of fact ptec management never struck me as one that invested in their company. The large cap company I work for has all kinds of rules about selling options making sure that those who receive them feel like owners not that it is another form of compensation that should be turned around quickly.
Having said that, the greatest way for me as a long term stock holder to participate is to watch the price of ptec go up. Maybe the insillicon spin off will get us more coverage something that we have been lacking for quite some time. I bet this guy Sisto pushes us over 50 with in the year and you know what he has a ton of options and will make a lot of money. Good for him, good for me and good for you.
