All right- but it's a quite different kind of contextual relativism, than the kind of "pure" relativism that I described (of course I understand nothing is completely pure, or that pureness itself may mean nothing) . That's only what relativism means to me, and of course I wouldn't kill anyone over it.

Morally ambiguous contextual relativism doesn't do much for me- although on a case by case basis I'm sure it would be useful in terms of self justification.
