Amazing the things we say ... and at the time they're said ... with all sincerity.

Here's the deal folks ... it's not up to BXM to file suit against a perpetrator ... IF there is a perpetrator ... it's the shareholders that lost the $$ ... not BXM. If the price recovers, for people like David who didn't sell a share ... this whole fiasco was just a blip in their financial life. Other than various professional services fees ... which I'm sure are in the millions ... BXM didn't lose anything. Not yet anyway.

Tell that to the Nesbitt employees who took personal bankruptcies. Tell that to the attorneys dying to get a contingency-based part of a huge settlement. Tell that to the widow of the shareholder suicide.

Sure ... BXM will provide moral support ... beyond that? ZIP!
