You will notice there has been no lawsuit launched against John or SI. Some may have observed the company's behavior was not above the level of your local school yard bully in that instance. Therefore my question to Don stands. Has Antares through their recent reincarnation changed enough from their former selves to be now considered a real company? Or do the shareholders still have to avoid the bike racks on their way home?
