my book order had yet to arrive; electronics order (today) should take less time final details of my new brokerage account should be completed next week, so i can get back into vusa position --possibly after earnings, but it's dependet on what goes on in between. (please use your own judgment on whether to buy/hold/sell/short/cover....) email costumer service needs improvement, though it just took me 3 minutes to get connected by phone. i tried only once; overall average time may vary (could be less/more) at different times of day, days, etc.
