I think nihil was right in being concerned that a man who was genitally inadequate was serving beside him. In any event, I think the man in question volunteered the information to nihil, perhaps in the belief that, as a man of science, nihil had heard of a cure or remedy for the man's "iadequate equipment." Perhaps penis size should be added to the list of matters as to which "don't ask, don't tell" applies. On the other hand, lives are at stake. But this is a military matter as to which I claim no particular expertise.
