pass pass SPLI is 80% owned by THI but THI will be spun in to TMO, so SPLI will be 80% owned by TMO in the future. Since SPLI was not spun in recently when ALMOST ALL OTHER TMO/THI subsidiaries were I don't think that SPLI will end up inside the TMO conglomerate in the long run. I rather think TMO might sell it out finally.. rgrds CROSSY
