Doug,
the problem is that most of them are a tad expensive right now. My biggest holding is CVCI which makes equipment for them, a tad like TOC. Then I got APAT which has GaN, InGaN and AlGaN capabilities.

Then I'm looking into GTSM which is still a development stage company on the OTC but might end up very well. They have devised a method to grow large wafers of compound semi substrates and starting with CdTe they are planning to grow other semi crystals as well. Will have to dig up more about them, trying to reach management.

I do know about EMKR, KOPN, CREE, RFMD, CLTK, CNXT but do not own any, think I was to late to jump on them..
