Margin lending is up about 33 per cent the last three months. Consumer debt has never been higher. Few save anything. I have plenty cash I can get in an afternoon but I will never pay the income tax on my IRA unless I have to. The countess is just a scairdy cat (getting run out of two countries without notice and leaving everything behind will do that to you, I guess). Like Uncle Duke used to say, this stuff isn't for amateurs. Of course it may turn out okay. AG isn't the problem. It's the inflation hawks pushing AG. Listen to Kudlow. He's cool.
