TERN makes cable modems. I think the margins are in the
headend equipment which terminate all the cable modem
connections and shove it out into the internet. There
are number of manufacturers that make cable modems. I think
TERN's current valuation is based on their penetrating other
area \s besides cable . The company whose chips are used in
all these headends is Broadcom . (BRCM) So if I were to play
cable I would go with Broadcom.
