I don't really care how to spell his name. I do know two things about him for certain:

(1) He makes a living off of declining stock prices, and therefore has a vested interest in spreading an environment condusive to declining stock prices.

(2) The things that I said he said he said about Cymer are accurate. Furthermore, he made the comments in Barrons, so they're a matter of public record. Curlton Latts and I crafted a response to his remarks which Barrons refused to print. The accuracy of Fleck's analysis, as indicated by the subsequent performance of Cymer's stock price is also a matter of public record. Nothing about what I said about Fleck and Cymer is either inaccurate, or "trash." Jess.
