I was just sharing general information on a lazy three day week end. I had previously shared the story with a friend by PM. The two billion buyback number rang a bell and seems to be popular when trouble is on the horizon. I do know the TYCO story well. IMHO I think the SEC report might be treated like an earnings report. A buy the rumor and sell the news event.
