Doug, for you to conclude that Fri's drop of ALA hadÿ
anything to do with NN acquisition is naive.
At least in part it was down because of market.

The world is clueless about TAM/NN acquisition after CSCO PR.

The important thing though is that they will soon learn: that
there was a reason for CSCO buying Stratacom and for LU to buy ASNDÿ
for a whopping 20 bill.

And now you have the ALA power coming on. This is a giant
company.ÿ

ALAÿ 120000 employees

CSCO 21000ÿ employees

CSCO's market cap of 420 B has nothing to do with the intrinsic value ofÿ
the company, or of its products or validation of it's technology.
That is just a derivative of " irrational exuberance ".
Read " The Dutch Tulip exuberance " . Same thing.

ALA is at the same stage as LUCENT inside AT&T just before it
was liberated from it's onerous socialistic grip around the neck.
For heaven's sake only a year ago they were preventedÿ
from selling a nuclearÿ facilityÿ by French Guv.

Now ALA is ready to fly. A full fledged Telco EOM with theÿ
latest bells and whistles. Add NN to it and you'll see blood flowing
in the streets or should I say, green flowing in the street,

cheer up

:-)
