Feminization of culture as a bad thing? Wow, I certainly don't agree. To the extent that honoring feelings and emotional health and nurturing and peaceful solutions to problems, and collaborative management and all the other wonderful things that feminization of culture bring, I think that is absolutely wonderful! The world would be a much different, and almost certainly better, place today if women ruled it entirely. Well, real women, that is. I don't think Maggie Thatcher and Madeline Albright and Janet Reno and Winnie Mandela have been really positive influences.
