Manipulation = timing, knowledge, use of greed and/or fear, use of rumors and half truths, planting doubts, concealing one's true purpose. Have we had some or all of this occur on this thread? If your head is in the sand you may say no. Has this been done by GIFS? I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
Who are the parties who instituted this latest suit and why did they do so at this time? Who are the parties who had knowledge of the suit? Caroline mentioned a judge and gave his phone number - is he involved in the suit and if so how did Caroline find out about it? Many of her posts and those of others have laid out pieces of information that raised doubts. Why have they not posted all of what they knew?
While you supposedly can't short the stock, if you sell stock you don't have, you have 3 days to deliver. What if you sold GIFS stock you didn't own Friday or Monday and bought GIFS stock this morning - why you only miss the 3 day rule by one or two days and are told by the brokerage house not to do it again but in the meantime you could have made an excellent profit. Would anyone do that - oh of course not and the Unicorn still lives.
