HB China is only one little issue there are much more .........if true ...many will blush.

One thing I learned during my stay in the US, it is a big country you can move around and "they" let you violate the law to certain extent depending on your connection but there is a fine line were they get after you. If you make money and then pay taxes they even turn a blind eye.

Belive me Monika was not the issue and Withe Water was only the tip of the iceberg.
