The Qualcomm organizer has the connecting cable built in and connectivity software supplied for 14.4 kbps data. Presumably other cables are available and the proper adapters are, or will be, available to connect to the Palm or a laptop. GSM phones have a plethora of such "connectors" either supplied by the phone manufacturer or available aftermarket. Might take a bit of shopping to plug everything together. The Vx with that new connector may be hard to fit for a short while. Unlike the VII, the Vx does not ship with a browser, but 3rd party browsers are available. Typically graphics are stripped because of the relatively slow data transmission rates. One advantage of the handheld browsers over the WAP microbrowsers in phones is that you are not limited to the few WAP sites available , but can view any HTML site. - ce -
