Chris, you make very good points and I agree with your observations. I normally stay away from any stock with 144s, but that may have been a mistake. However, I have also seen 144s where the stock tanked and the company ended belly up. The investor's DD for short term survivability would also be an important element to minimize the loss of one's investment.
