You make a lot of good points, but....

I also thought the tech revolution was petering out 1or 2 years ago, and it's as strong as ever. You have to go with the flow and until it actually stops growing, the best is to be in.

QTR has been in the business forever, and they have yet to strike it rich for their investors. In fact they have been making them poorer every year. I luckily got out a while back, and only got back in recently after the share rollback, and the rock bottom prices. If they proceed to production at the current market fro Gold, they will have to issue tonnes of paper - if they can get the financing....

What im saying right now, they can give a windfall to their shareholders by changing focus - but also keeping all the Gold interests as a fallback.

$1. is almost a no-brainer right now if they created a tech venture, and this would put money into the pockets of the long suffering QTR shareholders for a change.
